 妈妈是伟大的！看看妈妈生了小宝宝后牺牲有多大，肚子松松垮垮大大丑丑的，不知道的人还以为里面还有个4-5月的小宝宝呢！我恨自己没有早一点认识这个产后束缚带，到了宝宝满月后才开始买来用。坐月子时只给马来人做了5次urut过后用asam jawa包肚子（据她说作用是收缩子宫）。那时用的是大概10meter的长布来包，长布的话自己一个人就比较难包，后来买了这个就简单多了。这不是减肥用的，不过在坐月子期间或产后几个月勤力使用的话还是有帮助收缩小腹哦。生产后，走路时子宫和内脏是晃荡的，真能体会到子宫和内脏下垂的可怕和危险，绑上束腹带后会把子宫和内脏都承托并固定了，很舒服很安全。

用法很简单：必须自己睡在床上，然后铺上束腹带，把束腹带绑在前面，当然必须要拉紧，不过不要绑到自己不能呼吸或顶到胃不舒服哦~

The bengkung is used to wrap the body so as to push up the uterus, clear water retention, wind, spasm, shrinks the tummy. It is commonly used during a traditional Malay confinement as they believe the massage and binding, together with the hot stones help your uterus to shrink faster and expel 'wind' or any impurities from your womb. This is also supposed to help you regain your pre-pregnancy figure sooner.  It is easy to wear, you can do it without anyone’s help. If you do have an urut lady, you may ask them to wear for you after your massage session. It would be most ideal to wear it while lying by the bedside, so that the bengkung is tighten up perfectly.

Benefits of bengkung

"Pregnancy and birth affect women's body and all muscle, bone, nerves, joints, and other organs have changed and grown and become swollen due to the hormonal influence of pregnancy," says Datin Sharifah. " Bengkung can flatten the stomach, shrink the uterus and tighten the vagina." She adds that the traditional wrap can also help:

• slim down the tummy, reduce weight and tone the body;

• protect the internal organs as well as help swollen organs return to their pre-baby state;

• tighten the abdomen and other parts of the body that have sagged after childbirth;

• promote good posture that will aid in breastfeeding;
 • break down fat and cellulite;
